I can confirm that following you talking me through the resetting of the remote linked thermostat all is now working fine.
I would like to put on record my thanks to you and the Company for all the unstinting support you have given me.
When I bought the unit 2 years ago I had the same level of help both in what unit to buy and the detailed help in installing it. I was impressed then and again this week on your help in resetting the remote control.
This level of support is so often lacking these days but you went the extra mile when you called the following day to check that all was well!
This is service that is worth a great deal and means that anyone can buy and install your product which has made a tremendous difference to what used to be our cold kitchen.
