Replacing the KPH Wireless Thermostat Batteries

March 4, 2020

We sometimes have been asked questions on replacing the KPH Wireless thermostat batteries. So i wanted to write a few comments on this.If the low battery warning comes up or screen has totally gone blank then you need to replace the batteries.Firstly ensure two new good quality Alkaline "AA" batteries are being fitted and not mixed up with old and new .

The important next step is when you have removed the old batteries to wait a minimum of 3 minutes before installing the new ones . Also ensure they are fitted the correct way around. If the thermostat screen is still blank please remove and wait a few minutes longer.

Please do not press the Sync button as the thermostat after replacing the batteries should work straight away with the plinth heater. If you are having any difficulties then you may need to re-pair with the plinth heater as per the wireless supplement manual .

Replacement Thermostats are available in our accessories area in the shop if you have lost or damaged anything
