If you are experiencing this issue please follow these steps:
1) Check fused spur to make sure the power is going to the heater. (If it is a Wireless thermostat model check the thermostat is calling for heat and the red light is showing through the "RF Sync " hole on the left side of the case.
2) Check your central heating is running and both copper pipes on the side of the unit are too hot to touch. ( Water not flowing hot enough to activate the internal thermostat is the most common reason the unit wont operate )
